A	We utilise multiple US Based facilities, Including some of the industries largest facilities, these include but are not limited to. - Databank (Dallas, USA) - BurstNet (Pennsylvania, USA) - GNAX (Atlanta, USA)

Q	Do you offer UK Based ShoutCast Servers?
A	MediaTier is currently only a US Based provider, However we are able to supply UK Services via one of our group companies, Simply ask at the sales desk for more info.

Q	If your website prices change, Does my monthly bill change?
A	No! We will never raise prices on a customer.

Q	If I use all of my listener slots, Streaming at 128kb/sec 24/7 will my account get suspended?
A	No! We will never sell you a product and not allow you to use it, You have unlimited bandwidth and that's final!

Q	What control Panels do you offer?
A	We only offer one single control panel and that is WHM Sonic, We use this control panel as many web service users are used to the cPanel interface and functionality making it perfect for all Streaming applications.

Q	Can I upgrade my account later?
A	You can upgrade your account at a later date, Simply by selecting "Upgrade" in the client area, its a 3 click process.

Q	Can I Pre-Pay for the entire year?
A	Yes, Our payment methods allow Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual & Annual Payments.

Q	Do you provide royalty rights for music played on my station?
A	No, MediaTier Assumes you have permission and control of the music played via your station, We under no circumstances accept responsibility for content streamed from your account.

Q	Can you provide custom Quotations for more Slots/Bitrate?
A	Yes, We have almost no limits on what we can provide and we are able to give a custom quote for more than 700 Listeners @ 128kb/sec.

Q	What Payment Methods do you accept?
A	MediaTier currently accepts PayPal and 2Checkout for all account activations.

Q	Does MediaTier use it's Shoutcast servers for other services, i.e. web hosting?
A	No! The MediaTier shoutcast servers are for ShoutCast only, The only other services we run are security and FTP for AutoDJ.
